We will coach you in technique to maximise the benefits of running and minimise risk of injury. We can provide you with a personalised programme and nutrition advice to follow when we’re not with you and we will monitor your progress to keep you on track.
We coach runners of all abilities and there is no pressure as we work to your fitness and ability. The emphasis is on enjoyment but we will make sure you are working hard. After all we do all want to get fit and achieve our goals.
Louise also coaches barefoot running technique and is passionate in ensuring you look after your feet and learn the correct technique for running.
Running really is for everyone. It is one of the most easily accessible fitness activities you can do and you don’t need to spend lots of money on expensive kit or equipment.
