Get fit and in great shape with our workout sessions.


You can decide where and when you workout… We run our “Fitness for Mums” sessions on Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Commons so you can choose where to meet us, or if you live locally we can come to you.


We will discuss your goals with you and work to your fitness level to help you achieve them.  You may want to lose weight, get fit, or just be able to keep up with your little ones.


We will teach you the correct technique for running to ensure you are running safely and minimising the risk of injury.  We will also fully assess your fitness and build on it gradually, making sure you are able to sustain your new fitness routine and most importantly enjoy it.  Or if you already have a good level of fitness we will push you to improve and reach new goals.


If you are a new Mum we can begin our sessions together as soon as you have been given permission to commence exercise by your Health Care provider.


You may be able to leave your baby with someone else while you take some much needed you time, or, if you baby is old enough, and you have a baby jogger you are welcome to bring baby with you.  Being in the outdoors and fresh air will benefit them too.


We have tailor-made fitness for mums fitness sessions available at any time of the day and can arrange a fitness session to suit your schedule and will design a programme with your personal goals in mind.
